We only collect the data needed to deliver the service: name and email address when you subscribe to the newsletter; basic technical data (anonymized IP, browser type, operating system) via cookies and similar technologies; and aggregated browsing data to improve our editorial content.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to send the weekly newsletter with gaming news, reviews and guides; to respond to inquiries; to measure editorial performance through aggregated statistics; and to comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent at subscription, on the performance of the editorial service requested, and on the controller's legitimate interest to measure the performance of the site. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
5. Retention
We retain subscription data for the duration of the editorial relationship and up to five years after unsubscription, in order to handle potential complaints. Aggregated technical data is retained for a maximum of twenty-six months.

7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), role-based access controls and regular audits. No system is fully infallible, and we continually work to improve.
